The Scottish Irradiated Zone (aka Scottish Nuke Zone) is a toxic i.e. irradiated zone in Scotland, United Kingdom.

In 2011 the meltdown and following explosion of the Dounreay reactor, a nuclear power plant, led to the irradiation of a large part of coastal Scotland, which became a irradiated, uninhabitable and deadly region.

In 2036 the Lord Protector's Offices passed the Zone Allocation & Procedures Act, that officially declared the Scottish Irradiated Zone one of the country's toxic zones and therefore uninhabitable.
