assassination attempt[]

Did he survive the assasination attempts with the help of powerful magic, or did the assasination attempts HAVE the help of powerful magic, or both? -Toptomcat 21:58, 11 September 2006 (EDT)

The former. Specifically, there is a reference in Tir Tairngire to him surviving a sniper's attempt in 2047 using a barrier spell that appeared when triggered as if it was an Anchored spell--but this was years before the Anchoring metamagic was "discovered." --Crimsondude 23:04, 16 August 2007 (EDT)

Lugh Surehand ousted, why?[]

Um, I was looking and I can't find a page on it.

Why was Lugh Surehand ousted from Tir Tairngire, it implies a coup and talks about how ghost special forces are hunting him down, but why, what did he do?

Because the political coup at the end of the Crash 2.0 in 2064, when the New Revolution started take-overs in several North American states like UCAS, various Native American Nations and CAS. While the most of these coups failed, they were successful in Tsimshian and Tir Tairngire. In the Tir, the monarchy ended, most members of the High council of princes lost their office and fled like Surehand. - They've got something like Democracy there, now. --Karel 06:09, 22 June 2009 (EDT)

Immortal Elf?[]

The Tir Tairngire books hints that Lugh is immortal--should we count him as such?
