Big problem with that corporation is that the space chapter of Target:Wastelands was clearly written without cross-referencing Cyberpirates and Year of the Comet, leading to contradiction (also, another corp, TransOrbital, had a launchpad who disappeared between YotC and T:WL).
In Cyberpirates, the San Fernando quoted as Shibata headquarters' location in the chapter "The Rebel Pirates of the Philippines" is supposed to be the San Fernando in the Philipines.

- I defintely noticed that gap between the histories detailed in T:WL and Cyberpirates (YoTC seems pretty neutral). The reason why I wrote it this way is to merge the two different histories.
- Never caught the Philippines San Fernando, figured they were in California. Makes a bit more sense now since it's one of the few Japanacorps to be actively friendly (or neutral) with the Filipinos and Masaru and the Huk (Takako meets with Masaru's agents and Shibata has been moving new neighborhoods to the southern islands from the sheltered Visayans).
