Zarah is a member of the Red Dragon Association.
Zarah is a female Troll and dark-skinned African from Cape Town. She became a technomancer after undergoing her emergence at age 8. Zarah stowed away on a Triad freighter afterwards and was discovered. They were going to kill her but upon learning that she was a technomancer, they offered her the choice of working for the Triad or being tossed into the ocean.
She chose the former and has faithfully served the Triad since. Zarah is a lieutenant of the Great Dragon Lung and a member of "The One". Her responsibility is to maintain "The One"'s customized tac-net and instant communications. When it comes to combat she will avoid it or use her drones to fight at a distance.[1]
